All SOLÉNA Noshes are prepackaged and sealed for freshness and safety. Prepared off-site

by trusted vendors, they’re beautifully presented in our lounge and ready to enjoy. Food

and drinks are served after your service, creating the perfect moment to unwind and savor

your refreshments once your treatment is complete.

SOLÉNA is a haven of peace, created for guests to fully unwind and escape the noise

of daily life. To preserve this tranquil environment, we kindly ask that you respect the

following spa etiquette:

Please silence your phone and only take calls in case of emergency.
Children are not permitted—as much as we adore them, SOLÉNA is an

adults-only space.

Minimal conversation is encouraged while calming spa music is playing,

to ensure a serene experience for all.

The Lounge

Following your service, we invite you to savor a quiet moment in our lounge,

an elegant space designed for peaceful relaxation. Enjoy your choice of tea,

sparkling water, flavored sparkling water, or wine as you simply be before

rejoining the day.

Polish Policy

At SOLÉNA, we exclusively use Dazzle Dry—a high-performance luxury lacquer

known for its fast-drying, chip-resistant finish that requires no UV light. It air-dries

in just five minutes and removes easily with regular polish remover, offering both beauty

and convenience.

We kindly ask guests to arrive with bare toes whenever possible. We are happy to remove

traditional polish only. Please note that we do not remove gel, dip, acrylic, or other enhancements.

If removal is needed, we recommend booking with our sister salon, Lacquered Co., conveniently

located just in front of SOLÉNA. Guests arriving with enhancements still on will receive their

scheduled treatment; however, attention to the toenails may be limited.

While we don’t offer nail art, our focus is on the art of the pedicure. From meticulous shaping

and cuticle care to indulgent massage, custom masks, and a flawless polish finish, every detail is

thoughtfully crafted to deliver a refined, restorative experience.

In the rare event that your polish chips within 7 days of your pedicure, we’re happy to provide a

complimentary touch-up. All polish refinements are performed at our sister location, Lacquered Co.,

located in front of our building at 4749 J Street. Please contact us within 7 days of your appointment,

and our team will assist you in scheduling. Touch-ups must be done in the same polish color originally

applied.

Before Your Appointment

For your comfort, we recommend not shaving your legs within 24 hours of your service.
Our pedicure includes exfoliation, masks, and warm oils that may cause irritation on freshly

shaved skin. Allowing time between shaving and your appointment helps ensure a soothing,

seamless experience.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

All appointments require a 30% deposit at the time of booking, which will be applied toward

your service on the day of your appointment. We maintain a strict 24-hour cancellation policy.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will forfeit their deposit.

No-shows will be charged the full service price. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

These policies help us preserve the quality of our service and the mutual respect for both our guests’

and our team’s time.
